Welcome to our Online Management

Registration System
When registering, if your child played in the Fall 2010 or Spring 2011 season, you will register as a Returning player. If you did not play either season, please register as a New player.
Please make sure you have a TEAM ASSIGNMENT code before you begin. If you do not have a code, you cannot register. You must contact your Coach or club registrar for the code.
When you're ready to begin, please click on the Registration button at the top of this page.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Select players are NOT eligible for a refund after a player registers as established by Georgia Youth Soccer Association.
Payment Plan:
WGFC has a payment plan options for our Select soccer program. You may make up to 3 payments via credit card, debit card or check. There is $3.00 service charge for each credit card transaction.
Return Check Policy:
If you have two (2) checks returned for non-sufficient funds, your check writing privilege will end. You will be permanently required to pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash ONLY basis.
Birth Certificates:
When you register at WGFC for the first time, you will need to provide a copy of the player's birth certificate. Hospital, baptismal or other religious certificates are not acceptable. There are 3 ways to provide a copy of the player's birth certificate.
1. Mail to P.O. Box 1361, Douglasville, Georgia 30133
2. Bring a copy to the Parent's meeting.
3. You can download directly to your child's registration.
Equipment:
Every player must bring a ball to practice.
U10 - U12 needs a size 4 ball.
U13 - U19 needs a size 5 ball.
The club will offer a practice t-shirt for $10.00. See your coach or team manager for details.
Every player must wear shin guards to all practices and games. Shin guards must be worn under the player's socks. Players should wear cleated shoes that are designed for soccer. Please be aware that players are not allowed to play in baseball cleats or other cleated shoes that contain a toe cleat. Each player should bring a water bottle to all games and practices. It is recommended to label personal equipment.
